NutriFresh began in 2018 when our founder, Chef Emily Chen, recognized a growing problem: people wanted to eat healthy, but lacked the time, knowledge, or resources to prepare nutritious meals consistently.

With a background in nutrition science and culinary arts, Emily assembled a team of chefs, nutritionists, and food technology experts to create a meal delivery service that would never compromise on three key principles: nutrition, taste, and sustainability.
