What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to all major cities in Ontario and Quebec, with plans to expand to other provinces soon. Enter your postal code on our website to check if we deliver to your area.

How do I store my meals?

Our meals are delivered fresh, not frozen. They should be refrigerated upon delivery and consumed within 5 days for optimal freshness and taste.

Can I customize my meals?

Yes! You can customize your meal plan to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies. We offer options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and many other dietary needs.

How do I heat my meals?

Most of our meals can be heated in the microwave in 2-3 minutes or in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Detailed heating instructions are included with each delivery.

Can I skip a week or pause my subscription?

You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Just make sure to do so before the weekly cutoff time.

Are your packaging materials recyclable?

Yes, we're committed to sustainability. Our meal containers, insulation, and ice packs are recyclable or biodegradable. We also offer a packaging return program in select areas.
